Training for Education
“The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.”
Alvin Toffler (1990)
Behaviour management sits high on the agenda when it comes to 21st Century learning and that is why Body Mind Work is so focused on creating better communicators.
We all know that better communication leads to better behaviour but what about the below conscious messages that a person sends out? Imagine having the power to not only understand what is happening, but to positively influence the outcome of any given interaction.
Professor John Hattie, after a synthesis of more than 900 meta analyses, came to the conclusion that teachers should know what impact they are having upon their students. This programme is designed to show you what to do, when to do, how to do and why to do in a classroom management process that is mind led.
When you realise that all behaviours are motivated, then it is simply a matter of uncovering the drivers to that behaviour and you can now influence the outcome. This is a must for the modern classroom. When the whole Mind is engaged with the subject then the learning accelerates and so does retention. The Body Mind Work Mind based training clearly defines barriers to learning and then shows you how to transform them into powerful drivers for student engagement.
Your Learning Starts Here
If you are or want to be the sort of teacher that can reach and engage with almost any student, then this is the course for you. The Body Mind Workers training is designed to enhance your communication by having you notice the below conscious feedback loop that is created within all communication.
This learning will then lead you to directly influence the behaviour of others toward better results.
The work itself, whilst still in its infancy academically, is steadily gaining recognition for the speed at which it works. Evidencing that the Mind is not the brain is truly a concept for the twenty-first century learner to discover and once you do then you will be able to accelerate not only your learning, which is amazing, but others too, which is life changing.
If you are bored with the same old same old class room and behaviour management processes and would like something that is inspiring, challenging and fun, whilst helping others to transform their lives too, then this is the place for you to start.
All you need is an interest in people and to be curious as to how the Mind actually works, then we will do the rest. Some of our educational practitioners are creating a full time income whilst working part-time hours. You don’t even need an office, as we will show you how to work via Skype and Face time.
The knowledge base is divided into 3 x 7 day programs with an optional set of 6 x 2 day specialist workshops.
We cater to the needs of all knowledge seekers and have formulated payment plans to align with your budget.
What if your mind is not your brain?

Level 2 is dedicated to teaching you how your Mind perceives time and its affect it has on behaviour. Mastering time is surely the greatest asset anyone can possess.
Level 3: Is that why you do this?
Dis-ease, as you have discovered upon your journey to this level of training, is often buried deep inside your mind, hidden from conscious view. Yet, its roots are usually firmly wrapped around your early childhood.
This Psychotherapeutic approach will help you to not only guide your client to the beginning of their story, but also to release them from the fear that so often leaves them feeling scared and trapped.

Yoga Teacher, London
“Great course. Level One intense but still only scratching the surface.
Already helps to know a bit on patterns as this has given insight to my work environment.
Also explains a culture where I, at times, have felt extremely alienated. I feel more confident in my interactions with clients as their behaviour is about their patterns. Thank you so much! Look forward to further education.”
Personal Trainer, Hastings
“The techniques I’ve acquired through the Body Mind Work training have been invaluable in the context of educating others.
Having completed several BMW courses, I am able to recognise peoples preferred learning styles and tailor my language appropriately so that each individual can not only access, but get maximum value from the content delivered whilst feeling inspired to proactively engage with the learning process and incorporate their new knowledge instantaneously.
Body Mind Work has enabled me to take my teaching to the next level and share my passion with a wider audience.”
“Body Mind Workers has made me aware of the predominant convincer channel I’m in and how to be more flexible with it in order to teach all students better. The rule structure I tend towards is massively important to be aware of when dealing with behaviour management and the relationships between colleagues, students and myself. It has taught me enough to feel less bogged down with labels on children and see them more as individuals. It has taught me to keep in my state and not to allow others state to drain me.
Education is a mindfield, with out the tools I’ve been given I’d be overwhelmed and struggling with everyone’s different opinions and the reoccuring patterns of the students with out understanding the key things that need to shift for change to happen. My Body Mind Work practice is something I need to practice so much more, but I know that it impacts positively on the education I deliver, from the planning to the interaction.
Body Mind Workers taught me so much about HOW WE LEARN, it goes without saying how important that is to understand for education. Understanding the strategies we have for spelling and memorising etc is invaluable. Body Mind Work teaches you about communication and language, how the language I use impacts on the students is vital to understand, you may be taught scripts of sentences you should be using or behaviour management wording that is positive etc, but in my PGCE I’ve not been taught in a way that means I UNDERSTAND why and how language impacts.
Overall Body Mind Work makes you far more aware of how you learn, communicate and do your life, which in turn allows you to be more present and flexible for others.”
