What is Bulling?
Everyone out there is susceptible to bullying, it can happen at any point in our lives for a variety of different reasons. The most common form of bullying comes from ones own appearance or a set of beliefs that contradicts those who are conducting the bullying. Very rarely are those being bullied deserving of their fate. It is often the anti-social of us that are chosen to be the centre of these different environments. Bullying is wrong, and it achieves nothing except a false bravado in the minds of the people who participate in picking on someone.
Keep in mind that those that choose to bully you, are only doing so in order to better their own lives. These people normally are products of anxiety themselves due to many different reasons, so in order for them to not be the wrong end of bullying, they choose to become the bully themselves. Once you begin to understand that, then and only then will you be able to realise that bullying is not personal, it is someone lashing out for lashing outs sake.
When does Bullying become a mental issue?
Those who are under constant bullying will find themselves in a position where modern life can be difficult. Victims of bullying will live in constant fear and paranoia, that will only manifest itself into the consciousness of the individual. Certain individuals will not live very happy lives when they are under a constant barrage of bullying. Some will not live a very happy life when they are constantly looking over their shoulder in fear of some form of bullying. Speaking of which, there are two-forms of bullying: physical and mental. Physical bullying involves physical contact, whereas mental bulling stems from verbal enhances and messages both online and offline. It can be hard to get one’s self from one mindset to the other. Bullying can take its toll on anyone yet we all act differently due to bullying, with most choosing to bottle up their emotions in hopes that it will eventually go away.

A way to treat Bullying
Those tired of longing for a permanent answer to bullying might find that The Hudson Mind Theory (HMT) could be the solution. This theory allows one the ability to remove negative thoughts from the brain itself, thus allowing one the ability to micromanage bullying within their own minds, rather than externally and risking the bullying to continue. You will find that you live a much happier life by proxy. This is a tried and tested method of recovery that is perfect for those that happen to be suffering from bullying. Remember, the fear of bullying is far greater than the bullying itself.
Sessions for HMT allow one to counteract their woes rather quickly, and can even take place via Skype and FaceTime respectively.
