Heights can be incredibly scary depending on what type of person you happen to be. Being so high above ground can often lead one to believe that falling can be so easy, when in reality there are various safety precautions put in place to stop things like that from happening. A fear of heights has existed for as long as we’ve had monuments and buildings that go well above ground level. A fear of heights can be a difficult fear to come back from, after all, how do you get over this fear without facing it head-on.

There are people out there that cannot even climb a flight of stairs without looking down and feeling a sense of fear. With heights, it’s more of a fear in what could happen if you were to fall rather than the height itself.
