Snakes: reptiles that possess no limbs, only one long body that can rotate in a way that causes it to move in a variety of different directions. In pop culture there are a variety of different films that portray snakes in a very scary light, which for anyone suffering from a fear of snakes, can be a very traumatic experience. There are some snakes out there that are venomous and will go out of their way to kill you, that is true. Although if you live in a country where snakes are incredibly rare then you might want to re-evaluate your fears.
Snakes can appear to be relentless due to their cold stares and tongues that will occasionally protrude from their mouths at certain intervals. Snakes are more often than not harmless to humans unless you go out of your way to provoke them. Snakes pose no true threat to your life unless you happen to be in a country where snakes can harm, and even then there are various ways of keeping them controlled, along with various injections that can heal any dangerous bites.
