We often live our lives in such a fast and messy way that it can often lead us to question our overall organisation. Finding the balance between your work life and your personal life can be a difficult task, especially if you find that one takes hold over the other. There is however, such a think as being too organised in that you micromanage your entire life in hopes of becoming happier. Spontaneity is the recipe for living a fun and exciting life. Having too much organisation can be an effective tool in managing your work life, but as soon as you begin to implement it at home, this is when you begin losing the chances of meeting new people and doing things well out of your own comfort zone. Yes organisation is needed in certain instances, such as within ones own daily routine, although there is such a thing as over-working yourself in a way that can cause you to feel sad, even depressed.

Striking a balance between the two is the best way of navigating the waters of your own life. One overshadowing the other can make life a little frustrating, although more often than not you will find a way out of it. It’s only when we lean heavily on one side over the other that one should have cause for concern. Finding that sweet spot is key in living your life in the healthiest manner possible, remember that.

We should state outright, that it is not a bad thing to have a certain level of organisation within ones life. It is only when you go overboard with it that it could be considered something worrisome. This can start off as something so innocent, only to bloom into a real cause for concern. You are essentially turning yourself into a robot of sorts, running of well organised routines that offer no palpable forms of change other than to drive you mad.
